Safeguarding Children Forum for Independent Schools in Buckinghamshire

The BSCB runs a Safeguarding Children Forum for Independent Schools in Buckinghamshire, which are hosted by Sue Imbriano, Director of Children's Services, and Donald McPhail, Independent Chair of the BSCB.

As all schools play a significant role in promoting the welfare of children, the forum discusses safeguarding issues relevant to Bucks, with speakers and presentations supporting the events. The forum also considers ways in which the BSCB can continue to work with the Independent Schools.

Feedback from the forums has been very positive, and the group will continue to meet three times a year.
